I've been photographing wildlife and guiding for over twenty years, since starting as a game ranger/guide in the Sabi Sand Reserve in 1990. During my time spent guiding in the Sabi Sand, I was also employed as Executive Ranger and Lodge Manager, which also gave me an invaluable understanding of the hospitality industry.
Photographing wild animals in their natural environment has become my passion, and I have continued to travel and guide regularly and extensively in Southern and East Africa to photograph Africa's great beasts.
My wildlife images have won several awards and competitions over the years, including multiple Top Ten awards in the annual Fujichrome/Getaway Wildlife Photographer of the Year. In 2010, I was awarded two separate Associateships to the Photographic Society of Southern Africa, in wildlife. I have also had my wildlife photographs published in books, calendars and publications nationally and internationally.
In 2007 I started a company publishing my own photographic/humourous greeting cards of African wildlife, which are now selling terrifically throughout the African subcontinent.
